This is a blank promotional poster for the Litherland Town Hall venue. The Beatles had a very significant gig here after returning from a stint in Hamburg. They had improved so much while they were away that their performance in December 1960 sparked the first signs of the fan hysteria that would later earn the label "Beatlemania"
Brian Kelly of BEEKAY Promotions regularly promoted concerts at this venue, including that particular Beatles one. The Beatles played the venue several times.
