New Beatles collectors are springing up all over the place and sometimes the cost of items can be quite daunting.
One of the cool things about our auction is that we often have items for sale that suit young collectors starting out. Both the items below are things that are easily displayed and don't usually run into triple figures to buy.
This mug is a Vogue Tams version. These were produced in 1964. The image was also used on plates and bowls. (Repro Alert - in later years a firm obtained some transfers and put them on more modern cups and plates. These can be distinguished from the originals because they have gold rims)
The estimate on this mug is £40-£50
Beatles jewellery was also very popular in the 60s. It was an easy thing to cash in on by using beetles so
there's a fair amount of it that wasn't approved merchandise. This is one of those pieces, but it's fun and frivolous and most of the jewellery retains its value over the years. This pendant is in the auction with an estimate of £40-£50
