Stopped Mid-Signing!

Some autographs have interesting tales behind them. In this case the person trying to obtain the autographs was on the same train as the Beatles. They managed to get John's full signature but they were ushered out of the carriage in the middle of George signing his name!

The vendor has provided a letter to go with this lot explaining what happened on the day and they are expected to fetch between £500-£600 when sold in our Liverpool Beatles Memorabilia auction in August.

Beatles Drawstring Go-Go Bag from Japan

Japanese fans in the mid-sixties could tote their Beatles goodies around in one of these funky drawstring bags. (We had a shopper bag variation in our auction in 2013)

Functional original items are quite popular, with some fans actually using the items in their daily lives, but this one will also look equally as fab on display.

Carrying an estimate of £100-£120 this item will be available to be snapped up by a fan in our Annual Liverpool Beatles Memorabilia Auction in August.

This Cilla Autograph Is Not To Be Sniffed At!

Thanks to the recent dramatisation of her life, Cilla Black is back in the spotlight. Despite being the only female artist on Brian Epstein's books and having a string of hits in the 60s we don't really see a huge amount of Cilla related material.  However, up for sale in our Beatles Memorabilia Auction this August is an interesting autographed item. Rather than in an autograph book or on a promotional card, this signature is on an handkerchief.

The estimate on this lot is £15-£20
